Form I-924A Annual Certification of Regional Center is used by regional centers to demonstrate permanent eligibility for the designation of regional centers. Regional Centers that remain designated for participation in the program as of September 30 of the current year must submit Form I-924A with the required supporting documentation no later than December 29 of the same year.
